Rondo Doge dough-band former with processing line

Description

The Rondo Doge dough-band former with processing line is in very good condition and is equipped with general technical documentation and circuit diagrams.

The dough-band former is equipped with a 3-roller system and has a capacity of approximately 2000 kg per hour. In addition to the dough-band former, the line is equipped with a calibration roller including 2 flour dusters. This is for the purpose of cleaning the bottom and top of the dough slice. Furthermore, the line is equipped with a cross roller.

The processing line is of the Jumbolino type and is equipped with:
- roll holders and cutting rollers with safety rack
- conveyor belt with independent drive
- filling machine (manufacturer CIM)
- guillotine with cross cutting blade (4200 pieces per hour in 1 row)
