Automatic apple processing machine

Description

The automatic apple processing machine is a special machine for peeling and dividing apples in the calibration range of 30 to 85 mm. Sharing in parts is also possible. The machine also makes cutting slices possible. Through the combination of cutting and dividing, fine apple pieces can be produced for salads or pies. A resiliently mounted and adjustable peeling knife fits perfectly to the apple shape and the size of the apple. In this way inequality is largely compensated and a uniform peeling result is achieved.

The apple processing machine is very versatile and has a wide range of options. There is a wide choice of dividing stars that make it possible to divide the apple into 2 to 24 parts. There are also various apple cutters that cut slices from 3.5 to 30 mm. Further options are a mobile base cabinet with storage for GN containers and a separation system.
