Description

The Wachtel Columbus gas oven is ideal for large production due to its heavy-duty design and unique gas technology with very uniform baking temperatures. It can have a maximum of 9 decks with a choice of 165 to 250 mm height per floor. The oven is supplied as standard with a stone baking floor. With the Wachtel Columbus gas oven you have the choice to operate all decks on one control, two controls or 3 controls. The Wachtel Columbus has 3 versions, namely: C, E and Comfort.
