Wachtel R-Evolution rack oven

Description

The Wachtel R-Evolution is a gas-fired rack oven for trolleys with plate size 600x800 mm. The oven is fitted with an 8 mm thick floor plate and ICT (Infrared Ceramic Technology). The use of ICT ensures a more effective, accelerated heat transfer and a faster realization of the desired core temperature. In addition, the Wachtel R-Evolution is equipped with a very energy-efficient system.
