Wachtel Mini Piccolo deck oven

Description

Deck oven Mini Piccolo with a maximum of 5 floors with a choice of 140, 165 or 200 mm height per floor. The oven is supplied as standard with a stone baking floor. The oven is also equipped with separate floor and top heat control and a separate steam facility per floor. Extractor hood and substructure proofer are optional.
