Spronk first proofer

Description

The first proofer is available with a 6-8-10 or 12-part content and optionally with a Siemens PLC touchscreen control. In addition, you can opt for a frame made entirely of stainless steel and swings with automatic climate unit and air circulation channel. Large air circulation at low speed prevents the dough pieces from drying out. You can then choose for input / output band or gutter. The first proofer can optionally be provided with automatic control valve mechanism.
