Description
The Krumbein TKSM 900 Quattro cake slicing machine is a slicing machine with four turntables for cutting pieces into round products such as pies. The slicing machine has a table changing system in which two turntables are in the cutting position and two turntables are in the lay on / take-off position. Two products are therefore cut simultaneously. Cutting is done by an overhead knife drive (OLM), which means that the cutting machine meets the latest hygiene requirements because it is easy and effective to clean. Possible parts are: 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24 pieces. In addition, the slicing machine has an option for automatic knife cleaning and the knives can be heated to 100 ° C.
