Description
The Krumbein HGS 400 (KRS) horizontal slicing machine can be used universally for various products (for example cakes, pies, sandwiches, brioche etc.). With the patented KR knife system with five special knives, the products can be sliced in maximum six layers. The maximum product width with this slice machine is 400 mm. Both the blades and the belts are adjustable in height. The machine can also be equipped with computer control (KRS).
