Description
The Krumbein HGS 300 horizontal slicing machine can be used universally for various products (for example cakes, pies, sandwiches, brioche etc.). With the patented KR knife system with one special knife, the products can be sliced in maximum 2 layers. The maximum product width with this slice machine is 300 mm. Both the knife and the belts are adjustable in height.
