Description
The König Mini Rex 3000 dividing and rounding machine is suitable for producing round dough pieces with a weight range of approximately 35 to 85 grams. The hourly capacity is continuously adjustable and is between approximately 1800 and 3000 dough pieces. In addition, both the measuring weight and the rounding speed are adjustable. The machine is equipped with renewed rounding canister and pistons.
