Description
With the Gram KPS42SH shock freezer, products are quickly frozen to the core. Ideal for freezing hot products in a short time. The shock freezer is delivered including removable carriers for 1/1 GN bins or 400x600 mm baking trays. These are a total of 10 positions. In addition, the door is hung on the right.
The KPS 42SH has an IFR system, plug-in sensor with 3 measuring points, HACCP alarm and a rotary knob for navigation.
