Description
The Dito Sama BE8 planetary mixer is a compact professional tabletop planetary mixer for intensive kneading, mixing and beating. The BE8 has a capacity of 8 liters and is equipped with a removable safety cap. The planetary mixers are also equipped with bowl detection as standard. The mixer will only operate after correct placement of the bowl and the safety cap. The planetary mixer has a variable speed of 20 to 220 rpm (planetary movement), for the correct setting with the selected mixing tool and the desired mixing degree. In addition, the machine has a planetary mixing movement with self-lubricating gears, so there is no risk of leakage.
The planetary mixer comes standard with a bowl, wire whip, flat beater and dough hook. All made of stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
